All knowledge is inherent in man, and as stated in the Chairman Message, education serves as the instrument for its manifestation. In today’s fast-developing society, knowledge has emerged as the most important resource, surpassing both capital and labor. This aligns with our Education Philosophy, which emphasizes that the efficient utilization of knowledge can create comprehensive wealth for any nation, as highlighted in the Principal Message.

A Tradition of Excellence
As the Chairman, I believe that teaching is the most rewarding aspect of my professional career. It energizes me and I strive to share my love of education and discipline with my students. This passion makes them more likely to be enthused as well. It is essential to show our students why they should care about learning.
In today's world, we find ourselves caught in an economic system that has grown larger than us, leaving us hesitant to pause and reflect. Unfortunately, many schools and colleges have transformed into manufacturing units, and it is the responsibility of educators to raise awareness among all stakeholders of the educational institution. We must draw out humanity and social consciousness while focusing on more than just science and technology in terms of grades.
Education is fundamentally a man-making science. Pursuing numbers alone will not help us build a strong society. The ongoing pandemic, Covid-19, has taught us this lesson. To create a beautiful and resilient society, we must educate our children in its true spirit. Studies suggest that if a child undergoes two decades of formal education and earns a Ph.D., seventy percent of their intelligence could be irrevocably harmed. We have often confused information with education. When we overload the brain with excessive information, we risk losing the potential for true intelligence. Our identity should not be defined by our accumulated knowledge, material possessions, or impressions.
The purpose of education is to expand the horizons of individual human beings, but this is not happening in many educational institutions. As people become educated, they often struggle to connect with others. In contrast, those without formal education can coexist more easily. Unfortunately, educated individuals often experience isolation due to the nature of intellect. Today's education is predominantly intellect-based, neglecting other dimensions of intelligence. We have mistakenly equated intellect with intelligence, which is a serious error. It’s akin to trying to drive a car with only one wheel instead of all four. Intellect relies on memory; without memory, it is rendered ineffective. However, there are other dimensions of intelligence within us that do not require memory to function.
If the education system does not focus on activating these dimensions of intelligence, we will end up creating a workforce devoid of geniuses. More importantly, we need to elevate those who deliver the system. If we commit to this, every educational system will thrive. For the sake of future generations, we must invite the best individuals into teaching.
What a child truly needs is inspiration, not merely information. We must eliminate the notion of instruction from the teaching-learning process. This misconception suggests that we must instruct someone only if we perceive them to possess lower intelligence, which is a grave mistake. Scientific data indicates that a thirty-year-old may not possess the intelligence of a child before they even enter school. Our perceived intelligence is often merely a result of having more information, which we tend to showcase through instruction. Instead of instructing, we need to empower teachers to inspire and convey what genuinely matters. When this happens, children will undoubtedly engage, transforming every school system into a fruitful process.
Intelligence should not be conditioned; it needs to be ignited. The essence of education is to recognize intelligence so that it becomes active, adaptable, and appropriate to its surroundings. Yet, current education systems are conditioning intelligence in various ways. If human intelligence is allowed to apply itself freely, it can lead to remarkable innovations. This is the purpose of our existence – to enhance life in ways that no other creature can. Regrettably, the sole focus has shifted to what serves our economy. The fundamental question has become what will generate the most revenue. If we do not detach this from our education system, we will only foster a manufacturing unit rather than true education.
Education is not a manufacturing unit; it is a man-making science. It is an organic process that cannot exist independently of the society we inhabit. As a society, we must ask ourselves if we are willing to cultivate an ecosystem that nurtures children to grow in the best possible way. Are we going to act according to our preferences, or will we consciously consider how our actions will affect future generations? It is crucial to recognize that educating a child is not solely the responsibility of teachers, parents, or schools; it is a collective responsibility of society.
Let us unite to build a strong human resource, thereby strengthening our nation and creating a better place to live a life of peace and prosperity. This is the essence of my education philosophy, as conveyed in this Principal Message. Thank you for your time.

Some dreams never die; they live forever, gaining in depth and substance with the passing of time. Such are the dreams that reflect the best of human aspirations, aligning with the principles outlined in the Chairman's Message. Their realization resonates with our Education Philosophy, as it is in the pattern of God’s design, much like the vision expressed in the Principal's Message.
